I set the theme to twenty twenty 4 .. still didn’t work.
I just want a list of the next 3 upcoming events ??

I have removed pages from cache, disabled all my plugins, but the list block still won’t let me click the button on my home page.
I am going to assume it is a theme issue then. Which probably means it can’t be fixed?

I ended up doing everything manually.
Was easier than using this plugin.

Now it worked and the connection to the database is failing.
manually checked DB info is all correct

I just tried one last thing and reinstalled the update to 3.8.1

it is now working properly .. must have been a dodgy install.

I am having this issue also, can’t find any error logs on my server.

Images uploaded fine. I can see them in my media library. However when I go to add them in a post the add media box is empty in every window possible.

Since update and nothing changed. Tried disabling all the plugins no change. Even tried changing theme no difference.

Everything is up to date, I am at a dead end for things to try.

Thank you, as pointed out in another thread .. the + symbol makes it not work .. so i deleted it and left a space.

I don’t have anything show in the box that pops up when i click the magnifying glass.

it’s the screen options mode .. fixes everything and it all shows up again .. and i was just about to do a clean install. phew !

Anyone got any ideas on this for me ?

It means I am missing out on some functionality.

I may have to back up and reinstall everything.

So I did that trouble shooting ( I had tried some plugins )

Default WP Theme and ALL Plugins disabled = Same screen without the Add Video to post section.

Turns out that the Add Video part is created by my theme which is a Kreative Theme called BrightSky1.1

Any other ideas ?

I was half hoping it to be the Theme or a Plugin, now I am a bit worried.

I am Beta Testing bleeding cutting edge .. but my other WP blog that I have that set to is fine!

A Plugin? I don’t have any admin plugins or video plugins.

BTW .. it is the exact same in EDIT posts .. the HTML ends fine it is not cut off anywhere.

I have seen other posts with similar problems from a search, but most were closed and none had solutions, all others were not the same issue as I have.

but i have a template page for home called Leader.php which has no side bar. and the rest all get_sidebar as you said.

but it doesn’t seem to want to tell apart my (blog) posts page fro mother pages when i have a static home page made up in the settings. It works fine until that setting is changed (which I have to do as I dont want my blog posts on the front page.
