i have exactly the same issue. The latest update has an issue where if save order number to descriptor is enabled payments fail with no reason. I am unable to deactivate this setting to fix as when I go to save it says error. Tried all the usual things like disabling all plugins and switching to a different theme. No joy though.

I have installed the new update 2.19.2

Disconnected and reconnected Stripe (just a precaution)

I was using Siteground optimizer however this has been disabled and no caching is active.

The error still appears the same for me.

I have checked my server error logs and there is nothing there recently (last 10 days)

Give Logs show that the webhook to Stripe is working.

Any other ideas?

I have exactly the same issue. I am using Elementor Pro and Hello Theme with a Child.

This issue is still present with all plugins disabled. I have no custom functions active.

It’s missing from the menu and when I go to the old reports and click the link to the new reports it just loads a blank page with nothing showing.

I have tried completely removing the Woo plugin and installing fresh as mentioned above but no luck.

Weird as it works fine on my other sites.

This is great news and pleased to hear that you are already on the case.

Upon thinking about it the Captcha is heavy and would slow things down. IThemes is very heavy and installing it you notice the website slowing down. It would be great to keep this as lightweight as possible.

Are logs auto-deleted after a set period? One of my client’s sites has about 40+ editors that publish almost hourly. If all activity is recorded this log could get pretty big/out of control quickly.

Actually, it’s the same for me. Not just one theme. If I am logged in it works if not its white screen of death.

I was on this site this morning before the update and all worked. After update not working. Please fix ASAP as this has broken 150+ of my client sites.

I am having to roll back manually to the previous version to fix.

Just checked another site that does not use BeTheme and that works fine. So think it may be a conflict.

Hi Carl, Yes I am referring the left-hand main admin area menu. Screenshot https://ibb.co/xCJv11v shows what I mean. I have set the background of the admin menu to be black and the text/labels white. All other icons automatically are white however yours is still grey. When inspected the SVG file you use is Grey. Just curious as to why this approach when all others use a white svg with an opacity filter following WordPress styling. Cheers, Giles

@cfprosecrets That was my solution too! No issues on Stripe. Just a shame Stripe cant do Card Machines as I would switch all my clients from PaymentSense.

I have had the same issue reported to me by a client. I hope this can be resolved shortly.
