Ooooh, yes, you are right, sorry for the confusion.
However, I changed from Employee Scheduler to the Shiftcontroller because it was also not working properly.
Well, will check it anew within the next minutes and let you know.

    Kay,

in case there it should be possible to create new shifts from any frontend page by users set as employees/staff, I would be ready and willing to grant you interim backend access and to pay for your efforts if you would be ready and willing to check (possibly correct) my settings.

    Thank you!

    Hello Kay,

    my problem still exists!
No matter what I try, it is definitely NOT possible for me as logged in administrator, let alone for the staff to create own entries (shifts – what’s in my case new fixed appointments) from the frontend.

It is possible to add comments, but not to create another, new entry for another (new) day/appointment.
Even I CHECKED ‘Staff Can Release Shifts’ (without admin approval) in the settings.

The shortcode I use is: [shiftcontroller route=”list” range=”month”].
And I tried some different settings, also your suggested [master_schedule] but I’m not sure if I implemented it correctly in the used shortcode (when I insert it without any additional code – as it is – only the shortcode is displayed in the frontend).

I’m furthermore confused, because I received an email from someone else who stated that it is not possible to handle this problem from the frontend yet but it should be fixed until the end of this year???

And in your email I received you wrote I should attach a screenshot, well but it is a ‘NOREPLY’ address???

Looking forward to your kind help a.s.a.p. – need this function in the beginning of January at the latest – I wish you

    A nice and successful day
