We’ve had issues with the confirmation emails to users which stopped being sent about a month ago and now the emails alerting us have stopped. On one site but not the other we use it on. Both hosted on same site and both going to the same set of email addresses. This was a great plugin but we cant depend on it unless we get a fix soon. Were considering an upgrade to pro too.
Please look into this and fix asap.
