I also have this problem with images not appearing (they’re there, just white). Please can you talk me through your fix? I’m not very adapt at this sort of stuff.

Thanks for the help but neither of those seem to have worked ??
When I try to verify the website in Google Webmaster Tools using the Tag Manager option it is still saying the tag is in the wrong location when I try either of those.

I am also unable to get meta slider to work with page builder ?? I have the latest versions of everything too, it’s just blank if I add the meta slider on page builder…

Frustratingly it just suddenly worked. Quite a long time for it to start working if that was the problem but thank you for your help none the less.

Just noticed the wp-config.php file on my FTP (root folder that is the www folder) and deleted it and I’m getting the usual database info entry when I go to domain.co.uk/wp-admin/install.php and I’m 100% entering my correct information but it is still giving me an error establishing a connection message.

I can see on my host control panel (not cpanel) that the database is set up. I was emailed all the login details once it was done but don’t know why it won’t establish a connection.

the only folder I have on my ftp is the www folder. The guide says to put all the WordPress files in the www folder

No, the guide says to upload the wordpress files directly to the /www folder as this is the main folder.

I think it is the root folder. I’m following a guide provided by my host and I have moved the WordPress files to the /www folder

OK, I download it from the website, not through WordPress and have reset it. Thank you, I will now try and use the custom css plugin to try and change things.

It has completely changed now, I just need to reset this Origami theme which I can’t see to do even if I delete it, it removes the folder but if I reinstall it stays the same as before? There must be some other files holding the settings

If i delete it on WordPress it deletes the folder on my HDD too but when I install activate it again it’s all the same as before :/

Do you know how I can reset my theme? :/

as I said before, it’s not online yet ?? I’m using desktop server to create it and will host it when it’s done.
Do you think I should reset the theme to it’s default and then use a custom css tool?
