if content and admin deleted i would lose my posts and images … right ?

What do you mean by “meta page”?

i have on my site a topic called “meta”
and under that topic or “headline” i have

*site admin
*logout
*valid html
*wordpress

all i need is to hide or remove this “meta”
and to put anything instead of it
