That is strange? Have you turned off hotlinking protection in your cPanel (if applicable)? I had the same symptoms with a site of mine but it was resolves as soon as hotlinking was disabled. Just a thought, I hope you figure it out!

Strange. Have you tried changing the permalinks to something other than the current and / or default setting and then changing it back again?

I had a similar problem on a site of mine a while back. I use postname as the permalink structure, so I switch to something else and then back again and it worked.

Hi @capital123, so your site goes straight to a login page rather than a homepage?

Do you have any member’s only plugins running which is locking the site down? Default wordpress installations will (if all has gone well) land straight on the default homepage.

Do you have any plugins or separate themes running that may be interfering?

Ok, I’ve switched my own MySQL database and nadder! Awaiting a reply from my web host, I’ll keep everyone posted.

Thanks for your reply, I appreciate it. Everything else I’ve seen points to that too, but it’s kind of my word against theirs.

Will switching my MySQL database to a database outside of their hosting company resolve this and get around this issue or not?

Sorry, it’s worth mentioning that mysite.com isn’t my real site URL! I just used it as an example.

Hi guys, following on from this I’d like to also change the footer text, I’ve changed the ‘powered by’ in the plugins files but it doesn’t seem to reflect in any new messages sent? It’s still the default ‘Powered By’?

By the way – amazing plugin. If I can get it to fit my needs I’ll defiantly donate! ??

I’m having the same problem, button’s are messed up (their supposed to be block buttons in line but their just text and their off line) plus on my woo-commerce page the ‘Additional Information, Reviews’ etc isn’t in tab form, it’s just text?
