In reply to: [Gateway for Wise on WooCommerce] WISE payment not being displayedThank you alx359 for the suggestions.
I found out the following: In order to work, the currency must fit the destination country (logical!).
But probably due to my Thai-IP (or chache?) when I switch from Cart to Checkout, it changes the currency back to Thai-Baht – which I didn’t notice. But that’s why it didn’t offer WISE payment.
However, it is solved now. Thank you very much!
The newest available version seems to be 2.6.5 (Last updated: 3 days ago).
This is also the version I’m running and the bug is still there.
OK, I received an email with a download link.
So far it worked and I can finally bulk edit …
I already did. Many times!
It says now:
“You can not create topic at this category forum. Please renew or enter your purchased code.”
There is NO field or space to enter my code!
I can not!
Although I should have full support (since I bought 2 licences), I’m not able to submit a question/topic on villatheme.com (I also registered there). At the end of all displayed topics it says: “This forum is for verified users only. Please verify to create topic or see replies here.” When I click on it, it wants me to register yet to another platform… That’s a bit much, don’t you think?
In your documentation it says:
Bulk Fixed Price
From version 2.1.13 of this plugin, the Bulk Fixed Price feature is updated that allows to bulk add fixed prices for products. This helps you to save time for adding fixed prices for products in multiple currencies.
Step 1: Go to Multi Currency settings > Bulk Fixed Price
Step 2: Export product file in CSV format
BUT There is no such section.
On the WordPress tabs (left side), there are 3 options: Multi Currencies, System settings and Extensions.
When I go to Multi Currencies, there are only 6 sections: General, Location, Checkout, Design, Price Format and Updates. In none of these sections can I find “Bulk Fixed Price” or any way to make down-/uploads.
I bought 2 licences yesterday and today I tried the support, but couldn’t successfully register, it said my user or password was incorrect (I’m very sure it was correct) so I tried again and now I’m blocked for 4 hours!
That’s a long time, so I’m trying again here:
Is there any way to bulk edit fixed prices?
If not, is there any way to set up fixed prices for a product including all variations (so I don’t have to type in fixed prices for every currency for every variation)?
And if that’s not possible either, which bulk-edit-plugins work with CURCY?
Thank you,
G75

In reply to: [FOX - Currency Switcher Professional for WooCommerce] Plugin pricing unclearOK, got it (lifetime!).
Another question though: Does this plugin allow some kind of fixed additional amount or OFFSET to the exchange rates?
Sorry, I was a bit unclear.
The bug on the front-end (in cart or checkout) seems to occur randomly.
The bug concerning all past orders seems permanent.
I really need help for this asap, otherwise I’ll have to de-install the plugin and use another…
The bug seems to occur randomly. I made several orders now, most of them it seemed to work, but sometimes the currencies were somehow mixed up.
Today a customer contacted me, she made an order, but in the checkout, all the prices were way too high (the module obviously converted EUR to THB but displayed as EUR). The order was made in EUR, executed in EUR and should therefore only display EUR-prices.
Strangely in the backend/orders the prices are correctly displayed in EUR and correctly converted.
I tried to make an order myself, but it seems to work. Does the plugin detect from what country/server an order is made?
However, I urgently need help to fix this bug!
Thank you Anca,
that seems to have solved the issue!
May I ask:
- Ist the problem now solved or only bypassed?
2. Can this “excluding Woocommerce String” lead to any other issues or complications?
3. Will the problem solve itself by future updates? So, should I try to remove this setting from time to time?
Thank you,
Gi

In reply to: [WooCommerce Blocks] Block editor always opens the same product pageFor anyone who’s interested, the new thread is here:

In reply to: [WooCommerce Blocks] Block editor always opens the same product pageI’m sorry, I overlooked one plugin and this is the culprit: “WP Product Gallery Lite”. When I deactivate it, the bug is gone and the block editor loads the correct page.
So I guess I have to open a new thread in that plugins forum?
