Thanks for the apology but it feels a little half hearted seeing as you’re just simply denying any wrongdoing. A year is way too long to get a plugin working. It doesn’t work. I wasted almost a year of my life on a plugin you created, you caused me huge income issues. I am still recovering now.
It’s not true that you always replied the same day. Often you didn’t reply at all, and I had to start a new ticket several times. It was ridiculous.
You do not know how many plugins I am using, nor the theme, as you’ve never has access to my site. That is simply lies to make reader of this review think it is my fault. It is not. Regardless even if these claims were true, people have other plugins running on their sites. It’s perfectly normal.
You never mentioned “staging site”. You specifically asked for my wordpress login details.
Explaining how to used a plugin does not require me giving out personal information and passwords. You just need to simply make a tutorial. But you couldn’t because the plugin does not work so the tutorial also would not.

If it worked you wouldn’t have so many disgruntled customers and bad reviews.

Basically it’s published and set to my front page, however if I send a link it’s going to redirect to my current homepage (based on an entirely different wordpress account) as i’ve got redirects set up. The screenshots should help?
