Can you tell what translation plugin you are compatible with?
Apart from WPML (my theme is not compatible with WPML)?Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [mqTranslate] Language code shown in frontend in events manager pluginHi,
Here is the answer I just got from events manager.
“Sorry, I’m afraid that mqtranslate plugin is not officially supported and might need lots of coding on your part to make this work.”
Personnally, I don’t know what to do: I cannot change events manager for another plugin doing the same thing, and I need a translation plugin.Any chance mqtranslate finds a way around?
Or any idea what other plugin does the trick? I have already tried WPML (paying plugin) but it is not compatible with my theme…Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Events Manager - Calendar, Bookings, Tickets, and more!] Event RSS FeedThank you BigDogSF, but it does not work… I just changed the “RSS main title”, but no success. As for the feedburner… I really need my feed to keep the site url…
I wonder how it usde to work and stopped working suddenly?!Still open to advice!
Thank youThank you for your help.
It works just fine now !Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Events Manager - Calendar, Bookings, Tickets, and more!] Event RSS FeedHi,
I also have problems with my RSS.
It used to work fine (but I struggled to find a functionning format https://www.gis-cist.fr/evenements/rss/). Don’t know when it stopped working… last update or before last…
When I try what you say (https://yoursite.com/events/rss/), it does not work and automatically changes it to https://yoursite.com/events/feed/ – feed instead of rss… would that be a clue?).I don’t quite understand, BigDogSF how you “entered a hashtag Event Placeholder, the rss works”. Where, what, how did you do that?
Thank you in advance for your help. An agenda without rss is quite pointless…

In reply to: [mqTranslate] Language code shown in frontend in events manager pluginHello,
Any answer to this particularly annoying problem?
I have found a temporary way around by manually suppressing -in the back office “quick edit” panel for each new event- the beginning <!–:fr–> and ending <!–:–>.
But in the long term, it cannot make the trick.
Thank you in advance. For those who have the same problem, I have found a temporary way around by manually suppressing -in the back office “quick edit” panel for each new event- the beginning <!–:fr–> and ending <!–:–>.
Well, it sounded all right last summer when I tried it locally, with last summer’s versions.
I just put it online before Christmas.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [mqTranslate] Language code shown in frontend in events manager pluginHi,
Same problem, and same question as to where I should write my question.
It used to be ok, though, with previous versions…
For info, I am running the latest versions of everything, from WP to mqTranslate to EventsManager.
Besti wishes to allSame problem. However I have tested WP update on a local site so my online one is not affected yet.
How come you don’t have the beta before WP updates are released?
Thank you for your plugin and reactivity!Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WP RSS Multi Importer] Date issue 1970-01-01 00:00:00I have the same problem, although using the same feeds as before your 3.0 versionthat displayed perfectly then (I keep regretting your major changes -I am not interested in autopost- and might go back to version 2.67.68…).
How come date show rightly on the “feed items” page and not when displayed using your plugin?
Thank you for your help, and thank you for your plugin (we might sound unsatisfied, but no…).

In reply to: [qTranslate] Translate sidebar widget content and footerThank you for your trick.
Could you tell me a bit more about your styling?
I am struggling with it, not knowing how to word and where to put (I have very very small knowledge of all these things).
As you did, I would like to differentiate the current language of the page and the other (or even hide the current language).
And also : hide the other language when there is no translation…
Thank you in advance!Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WP RSS Multi Importer] After update rss importer shifts my entire sidebarsI guess what I mean by date list is the sorting issue by date or by feed.
I am looking forward to your next update.
Thank you.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WP RSS Multi Importer] After update rss importer shifts my entire sidebarsI am not using the autopost function and will not.
All html problems have therefore to be treated when receiving feed items (future amelioration of your plugin?).As for filters, I might not have used the right word: I meant the way feed items are listed in the backoffice.
When you select a date list (whether in chrono order or not), items are not really ordered.
Same thing when I try to list par feed, it is not in alphabetical order (c, i then d… and when I do it the other way e, l, i then g…).
