because the customer wants polylang for redational contents but won’t translate all manually.

I solved my issue yesterday. The problem was a “my” error, not a malfunction of the plugin because those who wrote the theme before my arrival did not include the calls to the wp_head() and wp_footer() functions :O.

Logically the assets were not loaded. Excuse me, it is really embarrassing for me but I had taken this thing for granted.
