The tabs that are no longer working are custom tabs.
Resaving does not work.
The tabs are there BUT one of the tabs stops the footer information on that product page working. Take a look at

You will notice that all the tabs are there. Scroll down to the bottom and see all the footer information. Select Guarantee or Review tab and the footer info is all still there. Select T & Cs tab and all footer apart from the twitter link has disappeared ie the bottom is blank.
I have tried disabling the twitter plugin but makes no difference.
I have deleted cache
The problem with no tabs at all I have solved as these were products without the additional tabs.
