Everything seemed to work fine as of recently… Until we heard a customer say they couldn’t just buy the gift card (at less than $75).

We’ve always been on the free version of the plugin and never had issues.

Did something change?

Thanks for your Support Ticket here.

Have you tried adding a div in the section that holds the ID for your anchor?

This should give the section that you’ve created with the HubSpot Form an anchor that you can use as a link target.

Hey, thanks for your questions. I hope I am understanding your asks correctly (please see below):

The tracking code is loaded from HubSpot’s domain.

The contact information is only stored in HubSpot when collected via a Form or Live Chat (or uploaded by you).

Which Form tool are you using? I would recommend that the Form tool that you’re using have GDPR compliance, which should take care of your communication consent concerns.

HubSpot is fully GDPR compliant ( see here )

What plugin are you using to integrate Contact Form 7 and HubSpot?

I think the issue may lay there and not in the official HubSpot plugin.

I’ve tried your plugin with Smart Coupons as well and the issue still persists: If a gift card or coupon brings the total below the minimum order amount, it blocks the user from being able to checkout.

Any ideas on what the issues are?

I have updated to version 1.0.43.1 and the problem is still happening.

I did the browser and object cache ( I don’t have page cache ).

I am still getting the same error.

Any other ideas?

Whenever I try to “Remove Rank Math Transients” I get an error:

“Something went wrong. Please try again later.”
