In reply to: [Photo Reviews for WooCommerce] Send Review Reminder ManuallyHi @rosenguyen,
I know for sure that verified owners are both people with accounts and others who have purchased just using email.
And as mentioned on your website as well: https://villatheme.com/verified-buyer-badge/
-” Reviews can only be left by “verified owners”. With this option is enabled, reviews can only be left by logged in user who had purchased the products. Or left by the email address that purchased the product.”So, I have already unchecked the user must be registered and logged in to comment, but it does not let a guest user who bought with an email address leave a review, as he/she is definitely a verified customer.
So, what’s the solution to this?

In reply to: [Photo Reviews for WooCommerce] Send Review Reminder ManuallyHi,
In the guest checkout method, there is no account, but the email address is there. And if they’ve bought the products they are the verified owners, so they should be allowed to review. Is there any way to enable this? Or you can check on your end whether it works or not?

In reply to: [Photo Reviews for WooCommerce] Send Review Reminder ManuallyHi @rosenguyen,
Thanks for the help.
So, you are saying that if someone used the guest checkout method, then the plugin will not auto-login for the customer?
As I’ve turned on the option of – Reviews can only be left by “verified owners,” under Woocommerce > Products > Reviews, as to prevent bots from reviewing products.

In reply to: [Photo Reviews for WooCommerce] Send Review Reminder ManuallyHi @rosenguyen,
Thanks for the help.
Moreover, the auto-login link, which is created while sending a review reminder, works for guest users also?
And is the link a one-time? Or the user can open the email and again click the review now button, and the customer would be logged in.
Hi @wfphil
It fixed the issue.
Now it is not showing any errors regarding WordPress files.
Thanks for the help, you can mark the topic as resolved. ??
Hi @wfphil
Any update on this? It’s been 10 days.
Hi @wfphil
It says ‘5.4.1’.
Hi @wfphil
Do read this thread: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/unknown-file-in-wordpress-corescan/.
And now what to do for the solution as Wordfence is not recognizing the files?

In reply to: Unknown file in WordPress core(Scan)Hi,
So, if the API is reachable then there’s some issue with Wordfence?
Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Unknown file in WordPress core(Scan)It says www.ads-software.com is reachable.
And I checked all the files are there in the directory on Github. So, what now?

In reply to: Unknown file in WordPress core(Scan)Hi @sterndata
I’m not hacked I can confirm that very well. And as mentioned in the Wordfence support ticket, these files exist in WordPress 5.4 but do not exist in WordPress 5.3.2, so this might indicate that your site is not able to connect to the www.ads-software.com API, as mentioned by @wfphil.
So, you’re saying that these files are not part of WordPress 5.4? Or is there something else that I’m missing?
