I have tested the feature again and it has worked perfectly for me. Changing the order status to Cancelled, Refunded, or Failed freed the serial number from the order and the status was changed back to new.We have fixed the ghost allocations in our latest update. Will you please verify that you are using the latest version?

Will you please confirm that you have the proper setting options enabled? From the Delivery Settings of our plugin, you need to choose the options to revoke serial numbers and also enable the reuse of serial numbers. Please check this screenshot.Thank you.

Since the serial number is stored at a different database table, there is no support for export with an order. You have to stick with our export feature for now.Thanks for your understanding.
