Dear @planenerd,
Thanks for your interest in our plugin. Currently, we do not offer any email customization options but it can be achieved. Please connect with us by using this form. Thanks a lot.Dear @han2thajo,
I have followed your footsteps and made a slider like you. I tried with the custom category selection and added one new category. The last category did appear in alphabetical order. Note that I have added the Bee category right after I created the slider. There is parent children relationship but still, the sliders are appearing in alphabetical order. The cache can be an issue for you. Apart from that, the options “order by” and “order” has some conflict. It can be responsible for the twisted output. Selecting “Term Name” from the order by field should do the job for you. Hope you will find your fix in this answer. In case the problem remains, please share us a screenshot of your “Category Settings” section.Dear @atomicbong,
This is really an unfortunate case. Did you regenerate the YouTube API key or create a new one? What about the other campaigns, do you have any problem with them? Did you try our demo site?We want to help you but under the current situation, we really do not have much to offer. Please visit our site and connect with us from there. We need temporary access to your admin dashboard to inspect the problem and offer a solution. Thanks a lot.
Dear @atomicbong,
We have tested the issue thoroughly and the plugin works fine. I believe that your problem is due to the YouTube API key. When did you create the YouTube API key? I am suggesting you create a new YouTube API key and try again. If changing the API key with a fresh one does not work then please let us know. Thanks a lot.Dear @boyansharic,
You already know that there is no option to set the frequency lower than one hour from the options that we offer. Setting the cron to run in every minute should produce your desired output. Otherwise, you have to wait for the update to arrive. Thanks a lot.Dear @boyansharic,
You are right the frequency is currently set to run at every 60 seconds. You have not missed anything. If you are able to set up cron directly on the server then it should run properly otherwise we cannot offer anything at this moment. We are rewriting this plugin and you have to wait for the update to arrive.Forum: Reviews
In reply to: [Product Category Slider for WooCommerce] Failed basic functionalityDear @endrekovacs it is really sad to hear that you have faced such an issue. This is a unique problem anybody has ever reported. It is really frustrating to see that you have directly come to the review section without asking for our help first. We firmly believe that the problem is not caused by our plugin and requesting you to review the problem again. You can also take our help. Feel free to open a ticket in the support forum.
Dear @frank850219 we are glad to hear that reinstalling the plugin solved the problem for you. Thanks for reaching us with your problem.
Dear @mandev the channel specific Youtube campaign has some issues. Though it asks for channel ID but it requires the url to publish the campaign. In addition to that, it only takes the keyword into consideration and works like a normal campaign. Sorry that currently there is no solution to this problem. We are working on the update of this plugin and will release soon. Please be patient for the update to arrive.
Dear @boyansharic thanks for your interest in our plugin. Currently, we do not offer update frequency lower than 1 hour. This is realistic with the purpose of this plugin. Reducing it to one minute may appear like spam. We may reduce this to 10 minutes or 30 minutes but there is no plan to reduce it to 1 minute at this point. Hope you understood the point.
Dear @koullis sorry to hear that you have experienced those troubles with our plugin. The free version works fine but has limited functionality compared to the premium one. I am also sorry to inform you that we have rewritten the plugin and dropped some options. Our documentation section did not illustrate the current options properly.
I have found that you have received an email after the order was complete but there were no serial numbers. I have tried with a test order and received an email with complete information. Can you please share some more information about your problems? BTW a new update will be released shortly. Try with the updated plugin. Thank you.

In reply to: [Product Category Showcase for WooCommerce] showcase not displaying properly@seceq2019 The sizing is automatic. If you add more than three additional categories (with a column size of 1) like 4,5 or 6 then it will make the first picture 2*2. Selecting 6 additional categories (with a column size of 1) will offer you an excellent showcase. If you choose the column size of 3 then only two additional categories will be enough to generate something like this. You can customize this section as you wish with different column size, but the maximum column size is 3 for each section.
Thank you very much. If you need further help with WooCommerce Category Showcase feel free to contact us again.
Dear @larsvb, selecting categories for the slider is fairly easy. First of all, you need to select ‘Custom’ in the “Selection Type” under CATEGORY SETTINGS. Then you can select categories as you like. Here is what we have done to select categories and here is the output. Hopefully, this answers your question. If there is something else you need to know, feel free to knock us again.
