Under campaign settings, you will find an option called Frequency. You can select the frequency from 1 hour – 24 hours. We highly apologize for this late response. The plugin has been updated since you have posted this issue. The latest update does not have any issue like this. We highly recommend you to check the shortcode. Most of the time users paste the shortcode and there is some default HTML tag like the “PRE” automatically gets applied. It is the leading reason for similar problems apart from that this plugin does an excellent job. Hope you will accept our apology and keep using this spectacular plugin.

The image option creates some confusion about this plugin. Hope you have noticed our “Post Template” option. The image tag is not there by default and you need to customize this section. You have the freedom to customize this section as you wish. Assuming that you have got those options and set them properly.

Coming back to your problem, we have noticed this issue too. If you set everything right the problem still occurs. The good news is we have worked on this issue and preparing an update. The update will be released soon, hopefully within this week. We request you to be patient for this week and keep your eyes open for the update. We have released an update of this brilliant plugin. Please try the update and check what happens. BTW, this plugin only works with WooCommerce category images. Hope you got that right and set those category images correctly. If the problem persists, please let us know with more details. We will try our best to offer a prompt solution. This is an unfortunate event not only for us, but for the whole community. An example of how miscommunication can lead to an unpleasant situation. Though this is not where you unleash your anger about the PRO plugins, but everyone rules their own keyboard. If he cared about replying our support emails the whole thing could be avoided. We tried our best to help him, but his arrogance played the dirtiest role.
