It seems to work properly for the last two days but that could happen from time to time.

One thing that has never worked properly is “item revenue” in GA4. It seems like it counts the total cart revenue and multiply it with quantity in cart. Which is of course wrong.

SO please both have a look what could cause duplicate or even triple purchases and also how come “item revenue” uses wrong formula.

I have the exactly same issue! One of my order keeps coming every day.

This is really strange! I can’t find any other tracking. These are my tags and that seems ok.

I have some more questions.

In this guide you never mention gtm4wp.orderCompletedEEC.
Is that correct?

Should I check this box? Because at the moment I get same transaction everyday now. One transaction is stuck and firing everyday at a specific time. 8pm. This is so strange. I had a long talk with Google today and they had no clue.

It looks like its working now. But still haven’t seen gtm4wp.orderCompletedEEC fired even once. Even though it tracks transactions in Analytics.

But now for some reason one transaction have been tracked 4 times. Its on desktop and first it was 2 the same day. After that it was one the day after and the fourth was 3 days after.

Any clues why this could happen?
