It’s possibly caused by this if you updated to WordPress 5.5

We’re running WooCommerce 4.3.2 and updated to WordPress 5.5 recently and now experience the same problems. Editing a product will not allow us to click any of the Product data headings such as General, Inventory, Shipping, etc.

There looks to be many, many forum posts about problems with WooCommerce after the WordPress 5.5 update is installed.
