Thanks. So for the sake of clarity for newbies your link would read something like,

1) Making NO changes to “Settings”, press the “Backup Now” button on the UpdraftPlus dashboard.

2) When the backup has completed, click on the “Existing Backups” tab, (the download will use your current WordPress connection) and download the backup from there.

Had changed the permalink OK but forgotten about the shortcode in the button!

Using ‘[gwolle_gb_write]’ solved the problem!

Am using TESSERACT theme with Page Builder in second row: Have put
‘Gwolle Guestbook’ widget, above Visual Editor containing [gwolle_gb_write].

Looks good to me!

Only displays when I’m logged in to the site!
I would welcome a step-by-step video tutorial with (no steps skiped) on how to set up the guestbook with e.g. Page Builder & Visual Editor
