Hi @zorem
Should this release have fixed my Australia Post issue updating the orders automatically?
Do I need to still add the API name for Australia Post under the carrier setting or does this release not require that anymore? Thanks!
Hi @zorem
Thanks for the update!
How can we make the TRACK button open the tracking url in a new window?Cheers
I have checked the API NAME it is set as “AustraliaPost” and still same result.
I checked all the code files are the same as the USA test site which works.I have put so much effort into this and still cannot get it to work for “Australia Post”
Hi @zorem
I have checked the data exported by ShipStation and the carrier=AustraliaPost without any spaces.
So what do I need to do now?
Cheers
MarkHi Eran,
I have discovered something strange after completing our discussion with @mikestraw
We have 2 stores:One in Seattle using USPS, UPS & DHL and one in Australia using Australia Post & Sendle.
Both stores have the same modification to the shipstation notify php file but the USA store adds the tracking information to the order and the Australia store does not.
How is that explained?
Cheers

MarkHi @mikestraw & @zorem,
I fixed the compatibilty myself by:
1. Change the order suggested by Mike
2. Add the code posted by Zrem
3. Remove the function to add the note to the WooCommerce Order. All of these 3 changes need to be implemented for AST (Advanced Shipment Tracking) to work seemlessly with Woocommerce Shipstation Integration plugin.
Cheers.
HI @mikestraw.
I did try @zorem code previously and it still didn’t work.
So I will try moving the code as per your instructions.Cheers

In reply to: [Advanced Shipment Tracking for WooCommerce] ShipStation Integrationhi @zorem.
Thanks for all the help trying to get a fix or compatibility for your plugin with Mike Straw on the Shipstation Integration plugin forum.
What is my next step here? As I have mentioned we are launching the new store in a week and not sure if I can get a resolution before then.I’m happy to chmime in if you create a topic on the woocommerce developer’s forum.
Cheers
MarkHi @mikestraw,
We have only a week before launching the store, what is involved to get an interim fix?
Otheriwse, I am either forced to delay the launch or look for alternative options.Cheers
Hi Guys,
Finally some action!
@mikestraw Thanks for getting this started.
@zorem Please post the code to get this working as soon as available.Cheers
MarkHi,
Great to see you guys discussing this!
We are launching our new site October 4th 2020, is there any chance this could be solved prior to then? That would be a lifesaver.Cheers
MarkHi Mike,
I’m not the greatest technical guy here.
But if the developers can look into getting these 2 plugins to work together that would be ideal from my end. Starting with zorem’s code is a good point as some of their users have made it work. Unfortunately I haven’t been able to.
The request of the meta data: Tracking Number, Carrier & Shipped date have to be performed prior to the order being maerked “SHIPPED” otherwise that information will miss the boat and not appear on the Shipped (Completed) order email.Any help appreciated.
Hi Support,
Could you please tell me if the how to improve the modification to the following file to enable the meta data for carrier, tracking number and shipped date to be able to pass to AST fields on the woocommerce order.
