Just got off the phone with GoDaddy.com support. There is a setting within CPanel for the SMTP server. It defaults to local. When using Contact Form 7, I need it to be set to remote. I don’t think it’s a setting I can access, they made the change for me.

I tried this solution and it is still not working. I saw somewhere in another post that godaddy.com’s email server has been blacklisted, secureserver.net. I guess I have to call godaddy.com now.

I just opened a new topic similar to this:

Check there to see if anyone responds. This one is marked as resolved.

I had this working well and all of sudden emails are not being sent, even though it says it was sent successfully. I disabled all of the plugins to isolate if one of them was causing the issue. It did not resolve the problem. I saw posts from a couple of years ago with this same issue but I can’t get their solutions to work. Can someone please help me? We are probably losing important email messages.

Nevermind, lol. I found “Additional Settings” all the way at the bottom of the page.

I’m having the same issue and using this code in “Additional Headers” (don’t see “Additional Settings”) isn’t working. I checked with the theme’s creator and they said their code is working as expected and that it’s not causing the issue. Did you use brackets around the code?

I’m using the following code:
on_sent_ok: “location = ‘https://www.madonna.edu/’;”
