I am trying to get rid of the red boxes and have recently updated to “pro” version. I am using Chrome on a MAC, OS 10.10.5. I do not see the “drag and drop” feature you are referring to to place the full size image into the “full size” retina. thanks for any/all help.

In reply to: Minimatica theme pix are black on a PC; not on MacintoshTCR, thanks for your suggestions but I gave up…I just spent so much time trying to figure it out and searched the forum for suggestions, like deactivate all the plug-ins, switch the theme to twenty eleven, which I did!
I think it’s an IE problem. but when I checked the site on my my iPad, the image sliders were still black. A photographer with black images just doesn’t fly…so I switched my theme to sliding door, and that has problems as well.
