In reply to: [Table of Contents Plus] TOC+ Hide Initially has opposite effect in SafariAfter playing with this some more, I can be more specific about what is happening in Safari.
If I go to a Post and the TOC is hidden, then when I go to another Post, it will be hidden there as well. However, if I am on a Post where I have made the TOC visible, when I go to another Post, it will be open there as well.
If I have TOC+ set to be hidden by default, it should be hidden when I go to another Post, irrespective of the condition the TOC was in at the Post I came from.
I also noted just now that the latest TOC+ has not been tested with the current version of WP. Perhaps that has something to do with the problem as well.

In reply to: [Helpful] Answered Questions Location? Then what is the purpose of the boxes in the Helpful Settings (General) that say, “The text that is displayed, after a positive vote” or “after a negative vote”?
It seems all is well now. WF has updated again to include a Dismiss button for that errant message. All my sites are in learning mode.
I see that I’m now in the same situation as Wendy__D. PHP5.4, the Firewall in learning mode with the notice still showing.
Thanks for the info again. I have tried the upgrade on all my HostGator sites. None of them completed the firewall portion successfully.
How will I know when or where to look for the new automated setup that you mentioned?
I hate to pester, but has the team found anything with HostGator?
I have several sites of my own and a couple of clients’ sites to upgrade.
Thanks for the update. I’ll keep an eye out for more info.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling with the same result.
Is this a problem for all HostGator sites or just me?

In reply to: [OptionTree] Reflex theme only works in FF after latest OptionTree updateThe Option Tree update does not solve the W3 Total Cache conflict, but again, I’m okay with that.

In reply to: [OptionTree] Reflex theme only works in FF after latest OptionTree updateI guess I’d rather wait for the official release. I’m afraid I might not install this zip file properly.
I’m hearing that a poll I posted using WP-Polls isn’t always usable in Safari, but I don’t know if that’s related to anything in Option Tree. Other than that, the site looks okay in all browsers I can access with W3 Total Cache deactivated – which is not a big deal for me.

In reply to: [OptionTree] Reflex theme only works in FF after latest OptionTree updateI just found there is a conflict with the plugin “W3 Total Cache”. I have deactivated that plugin and the site looks correct in all browsers.

In reply to: amzn Quick Linker fails in FF and IE – 3.0.5 problem?Wasn’t as hard as I thought. The body tag was just a few lines down in the “header” file.

In reply to: amzn Quick Linker fails in FF and IE – 3.0.5 problem?Plugins I’m using at FunBoardGames.org –
Akismet

Google XML sitemaps
Pretty link (lite version)
TinyMCE advanced
TweetMeme retweet button
W3 total cache
WP-statsIf you visit the site, you’ll see that most links are working, but only because they no longer use the short “amzn” code. Here’s one page I haven’t updated yet…
