When ASCII its ok. For example:
telephone.doc comes in “telephone.doc”
телефон.doc comes in “1”.
I have tried different email (gmail, etc..)

2 nektobit: answer from hoster: iconv is already “ON”

2 Postman SMTP: today i have installed WP-Mail-SMTP and tried sending via WordPress and via WP-Mail-SMTP. Files still comes without extension and with name “1”. ??

P.S.: i have tried your Postman SMTP Mailer. Nothing changed.
