I should have been more specific earlier.

Ok – I am running Jetpack on a multisite installation, plugin is activated individually on each site. The main site has been running Jetpack for a couple of months with the contact form. My issue is not on the front end, the output renders as expected.

Today I activated Jetpack on a new site – that is when I noticed that there was no option to enable the contact form. So I went to the main site to check, and there was no option there either, yet it it active, just cant get to the switch to turn it on and off.

I had already run the debug option, and checked out everything, all was fine.
I did not notice the link “Access the full list of Jetpack modules available on your site.” The option is available there. That’s good enough for me, but perhaps it is a bug in the UI? I believe I just updated the Jetpack plugin a day or 2 ago.

I have checked all my other plugins against the list found on the Jetpack site, and all seems good there.

Would you need a way to automatically add product to the cart for user when they visit the site? There is a snippet for that @ WooCommerce Docs: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/automatically-add-product-to-cart-on-visit/

We really don’t know if they’re actually creating email addresses to go along with orders, but if so, maybe they are not into checking them and verifying their account.

I was thinking along the lines of using a plugin similar to this: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/woo-confirmation-email/ or this: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/miniorange-otp-verification/

Then they have to click that verification link in the email in order to gain acess to your site to complete an order.

Have you tried to change the order status to On-Hold? From there the order should be available for the customer to pay for again.

That’s a tough issue to deal with. I’ve seen similar before, and I don’t really have any solid solutions for you, but maybe if I throw some ideas around it will help.

Many times when dealing with these type of issues it can become a burden on your own customer base while trying to solve them. If your allowing guest checkout, you may need to temporarily disable it. And from there facilitate a email verification system. Make any new registrants verify their email before they can login.

It makes it a pain for your primary customers, but after a month or so you can try disabling the verification check. By the time the frauds will probably have found a new target.

When editing a menu, look for the WooCommerce Endpoints. The customer-logout link will work for logout. For login just use a link to your My Account Page as it is set in WooCommerce > Settings > Account.

I have not seen another such error code come through yet, but I see you did make adjustments for such with the latest update. Well done, thank you.

I did not have logging enabled, I just switched it on and will provide if or when the error happens again.

The status of the orders was set at Pending, with no record of the transaction recorded inside the PayPal dashboard.
