In reply to: [GuiForm] Dropdown Issue? Thanks for the quick update. I just updated and began testing. Even though you didn’t mention the dropdown, I went ahead and tested anyway. Unfortunately it still “hangs” on the spinner when trying to save.
I also noticed that I can no longer see the details of the entries people have made using the forms. At first I thought the data was lost, but I am still able to export to the csv (and receive the emails)… so the data is still there. Just unable to view the details/information via wp-admin.
Also, I was now able to update my custom thank you message on the form that had many fields. I will continue to test and let you know what else I see/find.
Thanks again

In reply to: [GuiForm] Dropdown Issue?Unfortunately I am not allowed to give any access to our site. If you can suggest some things for me to look at, that may help.
Also, another thing I noticed was that I tied to create a custom thank you message and noticed a couple things. The styling of the text is very difficult. The styles I created seem to not apply, I was only able to get the text to use the correct font by updating your guiform.css file. Another thing I noticed was that on a form that has many fields, the custom thank you window “breaks”. Any of my forms with smaller amount of fields, I am able to update the custom thank you text without issues.
Final note (just a tiny cosmetic change) is that the word “default” throughout the plugin is spelled incorrectly. I’m seeing it spelled “defualt”
Thanks for the great plugin. It definitely makes things easier.

In reply to: [GuiForm] i cant get the email alertI have tried that and it didn’t work.
Fatal error: Uncaught exception ‘phpmailerException’ with message ‘SMTP Error: Could not connect to SMTP host.’
If I don’t use encryption, then I can at least receive the “test” email from within the settings menu.
As I mentioned, the test portion works but I just can’t send via the form submit.

In reply to: [GuiForm] i cant get the email alertUnfortunately, it looks like it may be something with the email host I am trying to send the forms to. I entered a different email address (different domain) and I was then able to receive the email.
The email account I am trying to submit to is on a doteasy.com account, but the email DOES work going to one of my gmail account. Apparently if if I turn off spam filtering in the doteasy.com account, it is still having issues. Maybe with a relay or something?

In reply to: [GuiForm] i cant get the email alertI have version 1.4.7 installed. ALMOST everything seems to be working. I have the email setup and receive the test messages via admin, however when a form gets submitted, I don’t get any emails. The data is saved in the database, but no email messages are sent.
Everything else seems to be working fine. Same issue on Chrome browser, Firefox browser, and IE browser.
Even went as far as disabling SPAM filter on my email account.
Any help would be appreciated.
