In reply to: [WPGlobus - Multilingual WordPress] “Critical error on this website”Alex – Thanks for quick reply.
It is a custom theme that was built without widgets/sidebar. (Realize you can’t troubleshoot it… just looking for general suggestions here.)
Tried registering a sidebar/wdiget, as that seemed like an obvious test, but still the blog pages deliver “There has been a critical error on this website.”
Are there other requirements WPGlobus might have I should be aware of?
I really like the program, and am willing to spend a bit of time troubleshooting to get it to work.

In reply to: [BuddyPress Members Only] Open Pages for entire Custom Post TypeOkay. I figured it out. Error on my part. Had two letters transposed in url. Fixed it and
example.com/customPostType/
seems to do the trick.

In reply to: [Posts in Page] Loading variable (not fixed) postsThanks for the reply.
Yeah, it’s a pretty close to the behavior of posts, but just different enough to be confusing.
Say I want to make a page called “Stories”, which would essentially be the posts (and I’ll leave comments on).
Stories would have a sidebar that has the recent posts on it, and a main content area, that will load the most recent post (singular… just one post at a time), but then load what ever post is clicked on in the sidebar into the content area. (Would be cleanest if can be done without a page reload, but okay if it doesn’t.)
So, NOT loading the individual page for each post (which has it’s own url and title and whatnot), but just building a page as a container for the content of the post and being able to swap back and forth readily.
Does that make more sense? Like I said, it is rather like existing behavior with subtle differences.
Any code examples/plug-ins/suggestions will be well appreciated!
