Hi @himsingh, this issue can be due to few factors like –
1.Wrong DB credentials
2.Corrupted DB

In reply to: Import data in bulkHi @colemanb, Please follow the below steps, then you can convert your docs to posts directly in wordpress –
step 1 – Install ‘Mammoth .docx converter’ plugin
step 2 – Activate the plugin
step 3 – create a new post or edit an existing one
step 4 – On the post edit screen, you will find the Mammoth .docx converter metabox, below the post editor.
step 5 – click on the ‘choose file’ button to select a .docx file from your computer.I hope you got a solution.
