Issue was on the hosting side blocking the specific ports for SMTP.

Shared Hosting providers won’t allow these ports to be opened..

If you have a customizer where you can just enter custom CSS, you don’t need to.

Hey, if you have your header in there with <h1> tags, add this to the tag.
<h1 style="text-align: center; padding-top:0px;"> TITLE </h1>

I’m slightly concerned as to how easy it was for you to see that I use that plugin. Just by inspecting element w/ Chrome?

Good news for me is that that CSS did override any changes The Grid had made. The bad news is that it didn’t fix the AudioTheme.com logo. I’m okay with this. It’s fixed for me. But I don’t know if you want to address that… We get like 5 visitors a week.

Brady, I missed the first post! I had posted that link on a whim to show you how it was being affected.

I have custom CSS overriding the theme’s base CSS, but the theme deliberately made it’s classes X-Nav, X-Icon, etc… So that shouldn’t have touched Cue’s. Can I head into the plugin’s folder and copy the style into my global css override?

I disabled the Better WordPress Minify and the Leverage Browser Caching Ninja plugins, cleared my cache, with no change.

To remove the sidebar from your layout, when editing a page, look on the right side of the page, under the “Publish” area. There should be a Template to choose from. What options does it give you?

As for the Home page, to set it as a static page, go to Settings –> Reading and change your home page to a static page.

To remove page titles, look below the area where you edit your pages, and there should be an option to toggle titles on or off. This is decided on each page.

Yeah, I tried looking for ways to legally pursue reimbursement, but I haven’t found a way yet.

I had submitted 30+ support tickets on their site. Nothing. I see in other forum questions that the developer just attacks people and insults people, so it really is no surprise.
