I don’t understand your question, but a programmer may be able to do lots of things that aren’t available out of the box. Unfortunately I rarely take contract work.

This is not possible. It used to be possible, but it was removed due to new scrolling and navigation features making that difficult to continue.

This is currently not possible. One reason for this is many people randomize their questions. So if the form puts all questions 1 together, then it may not correspond to the same question every time. There is some way to unrandomize and record the results consistently but that would take quite a bit more work and it has not been done.

The user must be an author level to access the plugin. your subscribers should not be author level. I suspect your membership plugin may have assigned them the wrong level as a subscriber. In the future, I would like to make this a feature you can select yourself.

The problem is your Facebook like buttons and such are covering it up. The quiz isn’t cut off, it’s just being covered up. Either disable or move the Facebook buttons, or insert some blank space before the quiz so it can start below it. putting a line breaks before the shortcode, while not very elegant, would probably do the trick.

This was as intended. I know there are multiple ways to think of this, but this is how I envisioned it.

If you allow multiple chances, it is only considered complete once it is correct or you have chosen all the wrong answers. This was decided so students could easily see which questions they should still put some effort to rather than that they just tried it.

This is usually caused by page caching either because your site using a caching plugin or your browser is caching the page. if you are using a caching plugin on your site, turn it off for this page.
