I’ve modified my review and changed it from one star to three because you still have a great product, and I don’t want to diminish that.
That said, you shouldn’t justify yourselves by claiming the English language is a barrier. The issue with “Dustin” isn’t about language; it’s an attitude problem. He comes across as cocky and arrogant towards customers, and someone like him shouldn’t be in contact with customers.
To connect with customers, you need to know how to treat people, just like you do, @janilyn409. Your service is incredibly good. Unfortunately, the perception of the company from the customer’s perspective is shaped by every interaction, and this individual lacks the necessary expertise and “human touch.”
Again, I appreciate you taking the time to reply and wish you well with your business!

Just to be clear, this isn’t a third-party plugin conflict. I’ve tested this on a staging site after removing other plugins, and the issue still persists. I’ve also tried using the shortcode on its own, but the bar still doesn’t display—only the text “Your order is qualified for free shipping!” shows up when the threshold is reached.
This is taking up a lot of my time, and it doesn’t seem like your technical team is willing to cooperate. So, I’m going to remove this app and find another one. Thankfully, there are other developers out there.
@janilyn409, you provide great service, but Dustin’s unprofessionalism is really disappointing. You’re going to lose customers in the long run if people with that kind of attitude continue representing your company. You never know who your most profitable customers might be down the line. I hope that your team and company leadership will take some time to reflect on what’s happening here.

I did what you asked, but Dustin told me that support is only available for those who buy a premium license. Since this plugin doesn’t have a premium version, I was told I’d need to purchase a premium version of another plugin to get any support.
I explained that this doesn’t make sense, and now Dustin isn’t replying anymore.
Is this normal? I’m just trying to get your plugin to work and am not getting any help.
Honestly, I’m not very happy with this situation.

Both options are enabled, and I’ve included the short code at checkout, but it’s still not working. I’ll reach out to them via email as you suggested.
It might help if you could guide me on how to delete any remaining files or data that might be lingering on the server after uninstalling and deleting the plugin. I remember it worked fine before (a while ago), but now it’s not. Maybe starting fresh could get it working again.
I’ve tried to locate and remove any leftover data, but every time I reinstall, all the settings are still saved somewhere. Clearing out this data might resolve the issue.

I have verified what you mentioned above. I do have a caching plugin and a stock management plugin. I have done some testing and deactivated both plugins (one at a time). Unfortunately, the issue persists even after clearing all possible caches and deactivating any potentially conflicting plugins.
Do you have any other insights that could help, please?

I’m always using the same s3 storage (iDrive e2) and I haven’t changed recently.
So, I have new backups everyday and the same happens when I create a fresh new backup on the spot. Mainly, this issue persists on whatever backup I use.

Actually, when I test the s3 connection, I do get a success message. Positive there!
Then, when I try to restore only the plugins, I still get the same message:
“Remote fetch failed. No local copy present.”

In our case, some items are out of stock and can’t be bought. No backorder is allowed (this option is disabled).
Still, out of stock items are suggested. Either related products, cross-sells and/or upsells.
Is there a way to avoid these unavailable products to be suggested?

We’re actually using an S3 storage. They seem to be there. At the same time, on the advanced settings, we have split archives every 25MB. So it’s a little difficult to tell if everything is there, since we have a ton of files there.
