you are right ! it is the old adsense code, but it does’nt violate the adsense TOS. i’m already thinking about making a new version, where you also can enter the full code, but this will take a while. what function has the add_slot parameter ? if you don’t miss that function, no worry to use the old code.

i dont have the problem. the problem could be your theme. the alignment is done by quite simple css, maybe the css of your theme confuses the css doing the alignment of the adsense on top ad.

maybe you could mail me your page and/or the theme you are using, thsi could help me to find the problem.

sorry. this happended because i updated the adsenseoptimizer and forgot to adapt the adsense on top. with the newest versions of both plugins this doesnt happen.

beside this i am very sorrx for the inconvenience my plugin caused. sorry for that.

of course your blog is not gone. i saw you already solved that problem.

nevertheless i want to mention, that if you have any problem with any plugin you just have to deactivate that plugin. this could be done via ssh as ipstenu mentioned. but it is also possible just to rename the plugin folder (or delete) via ftp. if wordpress doesn’t find the plugin dir anymore it automatically deactivates the plugin. last possibility is to manipulate the database directly, what i would only do if you know what you are doing.

This Plugin uses adspace sharing, like (nearly) all the other adsense plugins. I’m working on Version 3.0 where you will be able to switch it off from Admin Area. In older Versions use the description here:
