My intention is to place this on 31 sites that we have all feeding into one osticket
I only need to get it right for one then replicate that on the others
Osticket has been a nightmare The problem is I am one of those people who doesnt give up easily I guess I have put maybe 3 days? yeah 24 hours into actually getting osticket setup , and thats not completly configured. I was just going to put contact forms with the same email all back to the one place. I am ssuming this plugin wil do a better job.
Ok lets give it the old college hail mary as they say.
Lets start with what I assume is the most critical part your plugin talking and handshaing with my server
how do we decide / figure out what goes in that box

could i assume that untill you can get the Online inducator in the ostickets settings page to stay on after saving the plugin is not going to work?

first install of this product
using ampps then auto install 1.9.4
is that all ok or is there an issue with that version?

I am at the setting up email stage so dont want to spend a day setting up the email only to find the version is wrong ??

yeah….. I think i get what you mean. Since I posted this I have discoverded a really good/simple opensource helpdesk So now I want to incorporate the contact forms into tickets just figuring out how to do that the software is at acornaid.com

Ok what a bizare piece of software Found the files You are never going to believe this
It sends you an email with a link to the file that it has hidden in the uploads folder under contact files

Dont get me wrong I am in awe of the people then spend hours building this stuff but why does it have to be so hard!!!!!!

I just was giving it the old last go It doesnt only send the file by email does it? it does upload it to the website right?

well no lets try another i still can’t find where it puts the uploads even followed the advice above and have searched in posts and under admin etc lets try actually making a form with say contact 7 ?

I still think we should have a level of difficulty on plugins say 1-10 10 like this one you need a degree from MIT or better
