1. There is no current version of the theme
2. Would this be in the $50 or $5000 price range?
3. When I activate the theme in 7 its fine when I activate php above that it crashes the site.

I may be able to get the hosting to reset to 7 for me ?? but its not a great solution.

I assume its better to be running latest php or why would they make it!
