1. Avoid RSS Feed Caching: Ensure that your RSS feeds are not cached, and configure your caching system to skip them. Also, ensure rapid refreshing of your main and section pages when new posts are published.

2. Ping PubSubHubbub: Double-check that your system pings PubSubHubbub when new posts are available. This notifies Google’s RSS crawler (feedfetcher) of your fresh content. Monitor pinging and fetch status via the diagnostics form at https://pubsubhubbub.appspot.com/publish.
3. Check Google Search Indexing: Confirm if Google Search quickly indexes your posts. Google News won’t display them until indexed in Google Search. Verify indexing status with a “site:” search for the post’s URL. If Google Search lags, investigate crawling issues and prioritize faster crawling.
4. Occasionally, Google’s systems may experience delays beyond your control. In such cases, waiting for Google’s processes to catch up is the best course of action.
