Can anyone explain why yhe Parent drop down menu has disappeared in Page Attributes section please I am constructing a site that has a number of pages linking to items on the main page menu, I cannot proceed until this is solved unless there is something else I can use to replace the parent box or do I have to rebuild the site?

Sorry I should have said that the Parent section in Page Attributes was there as a number of my pages show they are linked to a main page although the parent tag is missing from their page when editing now so cannot be changed.

Many thanks for your kind help you were correct I deactivated all my plugins and rentered 1 by 1 and found 2 that conflicted with this page. One is more important than another so I will have to find an alternative. As you are a miracle worker now how about transferring ￡i million into my bank account.
