Hi, I too have the same problem when pressing the Setup Chat Plugin button, a new window opens with just a white page.
I see that you havent received a reply and that you have installed a free live chat window plugin instead. Maybe i should just do the same. It seems fruitless to be making an account here at wordpress . org and then making a post here.
I have tried so many different browser types, many different IP addresses and many different devices. I noticed that when i try it on my iphone, instead of a white page it actually loads the facebook login page however after logging into facebook it then says “theres been an error”. How useless.
Have you tried using an Apple macBook or iMac?
