I have WP 3.7.1 on my site and there are a couple of interesting challenges. First, I do not see any settings anywhere. The screenshot associated with this plug-in does not appear within my WP site administration anywhere. The second is this issue regarding opening in a new window. I do not see any means of doing this and I would prefer to use that feature to avoid sending people off site.
