I’ve posted that information repeatedly in this thread. It’s getting somewhat ridiculous now. Can we please move this to email? Clearly the forum thread isn’t working properly. This is the third time you’ve asked for credentials.
I did not post htaccess information. My predecessors created a different way to login instead of using the typical /wp-admin protocol.
Here is the login link: https://staging3.jacstoronto.org/wp-login.php?sgs-token=wpdashboard
I deactivated all of the plugins except for Elementor, Elementor Pro and QSM. And I changed the theme. Issue persists. So it isn’t a conflict.
I’m hoping you will try to solve the problem on your end.
The quiz URL was in the original message. Here it is again: https://jacstoronto.org/restoring/#sex_quiz
The error log is pasted below. It does not appear there were any errors when the issue occurred.
2023-07-27 17:19:05 UTC [nginx][error] 84117#0: *3744719 openat() “/home/u1589-dygk0giolgqs/www/jacstoronto.org/public_html/.well-known/traffic-advice” failed (2: No such file or directory), client: 66.249.93.131, server: jacstoronto.org, request: “GET /.well-known/traffic-advice HTTP/1.1”, host: “jacstoronto.org”
Please advise on next steps.
It was working in earlier versions for almost a year without issue and we haven’t added any plugins. It’s a live site, so I can’t switch themes and/or disable plugins. If it wasn’t initially working, I wouldn’t have pushed your quiz live.
It is working now on an older version (8.1.5), as newer (.6 and above) versions do not display the button. If your recommended action is to remove other plugins, then I’m going to have to replace yours, unfortunately.??
Be advised, as this is a live site, I have had to roll the plugin back to get the buttons to show up. I had to go all the way back to version 8.1.5 to get the “next” button to show up. Please advise.
