I understand this and I will also increase the memory, but I tried to explain that with the same number of products I increased the memory about two months ago from 350 to 420 and now the plugin wants to increase to 512 without adding any more products.

I think it will go on and on, how can this be prevented, in your experience how much memory is needed for a number of products.

Hi, I like to report a strange behavior:

A customer who accidentally writes the username in Hebrew is locked out in on the first try. I can not find a way to prevent it?

It is happens when he/she attempt to recover password account. locked account happens after first try. Although 10 attempts are set

I think the user is “writing” the user name in Hebrew by mistake, I think this is an error, since a plugin still needs to allow 10 failed login attempts and no matter what language it is written in, you do not think?

1. Maby you righit, So I will cancel the Immediately lock out invalid usernames and keep the “Lock out after how many login failures” + “Lock out after how many forgot password attempts” for 10 times and I hope It will solve problem one.

It feels like the setting does not work with the Lock out after how many login failures And Lock out after how many forgot password attempts.

Beside of this, An attempt to recover a customer’s password locks the customer’s account for the set time.

The problem has been around for several months and we did not address it until we received more and more customer complaints
