Blast, I was SO hopeful. I unchecked the option to Activate Auto Secret Keys” and the plugin disconnected randomly again from our Square account today ??

I went back to double check and the option in Sucuri to make sure it was still disabled, and to my surprise – it was enabled again. Is this something Sucuri does automatically?

I received the second email in response to my ticket I opened and linked back to this forum as you requested.

I try to “reply to the ticket” and there are no tickets.

If anyone is looking for the solution that worked for me – Roll Back WOOCOMMERCE. There’s a critical error in 4.0.

1. Install this plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-rollback/
2. Go to plugins and select “rollback” by WooCommerce.
3. Choose version before 4.x

Hello. The isssue was resolved by ROLLING BACK WooCommerce. For anyone else experiencing this issue, until a fix is released:

Roll Back WOOCOMMERCE. There’s a critical error in 4.0.
1. Install this plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-rollback/
2. Go to plugins and select “rollback” by WooCommerce.
3. Choose version before 4.x

The checkout page has been customized to do this intentionally, and worked until this error.

Even if I revert my checkout function that is controlling setting the new page, it still isn’t loading the checkout. Additionally, the snippet should still render [woocommerce checkout] via a divi module vs throwing console errors.

I went to the link above and put in a request. I didn’t get a ticket number, an agent never responded. I received an email confirmation of my ticket (below), though I am not sure how useful it would be.

I am happy to provide someone access, I just have no one to provide access to.

Regarding the disconnecting, it happened and had to be reset again yesterday.

It’s not resolved. I put in a ticket and it was never responded to.
I am sure I speak for all of us that this is quite frustrating, and the reviews on the plugin, I suspect are due to flaws that make this plugin unusable as an WooCommerce payment gateway to Square accounts.

Again, there was no resolution after placing a ticket per your request.

Hello there. This is the information that I received in the latest disconnection. No one was logged into the back end at the time. I received a notification via email “There was a problem with your square access token”.
