Hello, thanks. I’ve searched events. That’s why I’m opening a ticket for support. I do not see an option to specify that I want my builder page code to render above the events dynamically generated code. Could you expand slightly on your answers if you suspect you have one?

What is the fix for the GZIP compression if I’m using it via another plugin? It appears to happen when I run the preloader primarily, then it can’t be cleared until I delete and reinstall the plugin.

This is a really great plugin, widely used. Bravo to the developers certainly!
While I can write my own code to fix for my websites only, this is a global request.

In reply to: Images Won’t Load Until I RefreshI had the same issue. If you would like to continue using Jetpack, I disabled “Lazy Load” in the performance settings, which appears to have fixed the issue on my end.

Anyone find a fix for this yet? “Please enter an address to continue.” error happening all of a sudden even though no fields are required :/ It’s preventing customers from checking out.
Hi, I think your plugin broke again with the latest update. My checkout is broken and “enter address” keeps erroring even though I have no required fields and the address is entered. ETA on fix? I have a client having a panic.

Where is their support team?
I’ve posted a question on their forums that’s been held for moderation for the last week and a half.
I finally get an email back from a support request (week + delay) and the response was literally them asking me to ask my questions again in a different way, even though I was quite detailed the first time around. When I answered, I haven’t heard back from them in a week + still?
I’m getting “503 backend fetch failed” errors on documentation links like: https://codex.mycred.me/chapter-iii/gateway/
Their support form often fails to submit…
What gives?
