In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Yoast SEO meta box is missingMore additional info…and to myself very confusing! Have rolled back to Yoast SEO 17.3 in Production and left all other plugins active…works OK. Then rolled back to Yoast SEO 17.4 in Production and left all other plugins active…works OK.
So going to remain on Yoast 17.4 until the ticket is resolved.

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Yoast SEO meta box is missingHi…additional info. Just ran Healthcheck Plugin in Troubleshooting mode in the Production Environemnt. Plugins disabled apart from Yoast SEO. I ran with Twenty Twenty Theme and again the Genesis Magazine Pro Theme (used by my website). The error occurs with both.
Not sure if that helps or hinders.

The error has occurred again so I have re-opened the original ticket. Started to investigate as per the instructions previously supplied but after copying from live to test, everything works fine in the test environment without the need to use the Health Check Troubleshooting plugin…I am well confused!
Any support to investigate and resolve would be much appreciated.

Copied Live to Test and all was working fine without invoking the Health Check plugin approach!
Have just checked the live environment and it is all OK now…all I can think is that possibly Yoast 17.5 has inadvertently corrected the issue in 17.4 as this is the only plugin that has changed.
Whatever, all now good so closing this ticket.

Thanks for your response. The resolution is very much a temporary fix as I need to be on v17.4 and not 17.3.
I will follow the conflict approach that you have kindly shared to hopefully identify and fix the problem.
I will then update this ticket accordingly.

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Yoast SEO meta box is missingHi…don’t know if this helps or hinders but since raising the ticket I tried a test by rolling back to Yoast SEO v17.3 from v17.4…and all looks good. So for now have disabled auto-updates of Yoast SEO.

Thanks for all your support. I ‘cut and paste’ the response from @bruceallen and started a chat with Bluehost. Within 2 minutes all was sorted! Luck of the draw as for the previous five days they were unable to resolve but with your comprehensive feedback all was sorted…as you say I am now back up and running and connected with Jetpack…a huge relief!

Please ignore my previous comments.
I have now been in touch with Bluehost and I believe the issue has just been resolved by Bluehost.
The red warning circle has now gone and when I run the sslshopper link all looks OK (well at least to me).
Though if you don’t mind could you please just double-check from your perspective?

Thanks so much for your comprehensive response. I am not very technical but I do understand the gist of your detailed investigation and proposed fix. I will certainly contact Bluehost accordingly.
Before I close this ticket would it be possible to answer the following (and I apologise if these are really stupid questions)?
1) When I go onto my wp-admin Dashboard I am presented with Stats by Jetpack with Top Posts, Daily Bar Chart Graph, etc. so no change from what has been presented since I launched the website nearly 3 years ago…so how does that work if I am not connected to Jetpack?
2) When I go onto my wp-admin and click Jetpack-Settings I see the banner “Your site is protected by Jetpack”. How is that possible if I am not connected to Jetpack?
3) As per the above, no difference in the stats presented via wordpress.com…why is that?
4) I have been with Bluehost for nearly 3 years…so would this recent error indicate that Bluehost has inadvertently changed something? As I do not make any changes to the underpinning infrastructure, certificates, etc.Thanks once again for your great help and I look forward to hearing from you re the above.

So as a follow-up question (if that is possible), I use EWWW Image Optimiser. When I add a new jpeg image it creates various sizes of the image in the Media Library. So how do I delete (if that is possible) those sizes that I don’t use in the article or anywhere on the website?
