make sure you have the Display Rules and Conditions set to “IS” display on mobile or tablet.

Could be browser specific issue.

I’m not support, but I too only want the pop up to show on Mobile, mine are working, but need CSS adjustments.

Should be working, I see both sites work on mobile in Chrome. Safari doesn’t seem to want to fire it.

Maybe try incognito, as it was set to not show to contacted users.

Need that CSS ASAP

On load after 2 seconds. I have a clone of it also running at MesquiteGolfCourses.com, same thing.

Will install the email plug in today, nothing going into spam. Doesn’t seem to be actually sending.

OK it has been set to show on Desktop. Also I had Google Tech support add SPF and IP TEXT records to out DNS of the domain. But it’s still not receiving into a Google Workspace address for team management.
