I have been through hell with outlook email clients. I’ve tried to every form I’ve tried SMTP configuration I’ve tried setting up emails I’ve tried forward. DKIM, SPF, Add to contacts. It doesn’t matter Outlook rejects it no matter what. I have over 40 WordPress sites. It’s only the Outlook clients. I’ve come to realize, if there’s a link in the email or a short code for a password reset it’s not going to work. Sometimes the CONTENT of the email. Change the format put the actual link in it in html not the code with the parentheses try that. Or send it to your Gmail and put a rule in for forwarding. I had to give in to doing that for a woocommerce orders client. I literally sent it to my Gmail account and then had it forwarded to his business by using a rule.
