    I’m not getting any news via support chat.

    Is those issues that i reported fixed ?

    I don’t want to keep testing the plugin and paying fees for testing your plugin in live.Because in sandbox those bugs don’t occur.

    i’m really considering to forget about using revolut business and move on. since you guys aren’t solving the issue your woocomerce “core” plugin really has even after me reporting the issue in a so detailed way.

    I have one question because i’m seeing one strange behaviour.

    The plugin it’s fully working for the cases mentioned above with the sandbox API but as soon as i change to the live API, the user now has the possibility to enter the card,BUT:

    When i try to pay the order, the payment doesnt become accepted. Let me try to explain better: The payment occurs, the user gets charged and i see on my revolut account the payment but after a few hours the payment becomes reverted and the order got never changed the status to payment accepted(and of course it never fully ended the payment process)

    How can i debug better this issue and solve it?

    Hello,

    I’ve talked with support this weekend and now that you replied, i’ve enabled the plugin and there was an update. I updated to the new version and it seems fixed.

    There was never a JS conflit. There was really a bug on the plugin that was fixed during the update. At least seems that my full description and explanation of the problem through the support chat helped you guys fix the issue.

    I’ll come back here in case of need.
