Thank you AW A11n and Nicola! I finally found the reason. It was caused by Woocommerce’s own Stripe plugin “WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway”. I deactivated it and change it to “Stripe For WooCommerce” and it works well. Thank you for your advice!

In term of Stripe, I asked their help as well. They replyed me that their test shows that there is no issue in their end. I am very confused and what else can I do to test out the cause? Thanks a lot!

I have tried to deactivate all other plugins to find out problems. In addition, I have asked my webhosting provider to have a look at my problem. They replied it is related to Woocommerce. And they suggested me to remove Woocommerce and to update it to the latest stable version or reinstall it from the official website. I did reinstall, but the problem is till there.
