I was able to do what they suggested by configuring a SMTP plugin on your site so that emails are sent as authenticated. https://wpforms.com/docs/how-to-fix-wordpress-contact-form-not-sending-email-with-smtp/

Okay, turns out it was another plugin causing a conflict with WPSmush and the new update of that plugin as solved the problem. Thank you for all your suggestions and help.

Yes, that is what I’m talking about. It seems to be only allowing full size and will not rotate. The only changes I made was I was deactivating Updraft Plus and when I selected deactivate instead – WPSmush deactivated for some reason. I reactivated it and then deactivated Updraft. After that is when the problem happened. I will try some of your suggestions and if you have any more information for me, please let me know.

I also just learned besides the above problem, I can no longer rotate images. It says my it is not supported by webhost.

Thank you for your reply. My image I’m trying to adjust is 2048 x 570. I’m only getting the options – Full and Custom. My old pictures already on other posts still have all the options, but any new large pictures are only giving me these 2 choices.
