As far as I can confirm it can not be related to the Store Vacation plugin. You may need to check your other active plugins to troubleshoot this.

Works fine for me. Perhaps Your theme does not declare WooCommerce support. I do not know how you are checking, you can use Jurassic.ninja to create a test environment with default themes.

In the page editor, click on the Status module in the sidebar to view the page’s Visibility settings. You can set the visibility to public, private, or password protected.

From there select public and click update button to save the changes.

I think the whole idea of the Gutenberg is awesome! In fact, we loved the idea so much that we began working on it a short time ago for our clients and encouraged them to start using this tool as soon as they can.
In addition to that, we have released a brand new WooCommerce theme (CONJ) which is going to have lots of shiny Gutenberg blocks right after the merge proposal is done.

The plugin supports one-click collapse order for both LTR and RTL float. However, you may want to add your content and choose text-align right (from WP-Editor) if you wish to display your content within RTL direction.

Since the only feature that plugin provides is creating columns and rows, so in general, we can say Yes it does support RTL in somehow. (as much as Bootstrap does).
